The G.Y.M. is a unique cognitive approach to manging the mind, teaching you to become your own micro-neuro surgeon.

  • We exercise the mind for the purpose of facilitating growth in the spirit man. Stimulating the mind through the inspiration of scriptures. Errors in our thinking according to the scriptures, are toxic and they cause negative emotions.

  • We correct these toxic and negative thoughts by replacing them with life changing words from the scriptures. We engage in the art of meditation by choosing a scripture, ruminate and digest it’s vital essences.

  • We train ourselves to resist negative thinking by fasting on all our negative thoughts i.e. Starving our mind of the habitual thoughts of failure and poor self esteem.

  • We engage in Healing Art workshops (Art for the soul) that therapeutically relaxes and calms the mind.

  • We learn about the biological and anatomical basis of toxic thoughts and emotions and how to get rid of them practically.

  • We learn about the creative power of words. We learn about our triune self. Man as Spirit Soul and Body. What it means and it’s incredible impact on our well being. We learn about the Authority of the believer. Knowing the incredible power available to those who believe in Christ Jesus We explore the structural changes in the brain due to different thoughts.

  • "Research shows that around 87% of illnesses can be attributed to our thought life, and approximately 13% to diet, genetics and environment" - Caroline Leaf.

  • How we think affects our emotions and physical state. Bad thoughts deplete the brain of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that keeps depression at bay.

  • So the G.Y.M. is for everyone. We all need a sound mind.
